After review, it was determined there was no goaltender interference on Canadiens' Jake Allen by Dallas Stars' Tyler Seguin, giving the Dallas Stars a 4-3 win in overtime Thursday night at the Bell Centre.

John Klingberg scored the controversial winner with 9.7 seconds left in overtime. There was an automatically initiated video review to see whether Tyler Seguin interfered with goalie Jake Allen.

Allen started his first game in goal since suffering a lower-body injury on Jan. 12. He made 31 saves in the loss, but was sharp despite the two-month layoff. Christian Dvorak also returned to lineup after being out since Jan. 24 with a neck injury. He played 16:42 and won 73 per cent of his faceoffs.

We’ll start with the OT winner: Seguin was in Allen’s crease, but did he impede the goalie’s ability to make the save? The situation room called it a good goal, and the game was over.
